Scene Oy requests to participate in the dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for artificial intelligence and automation solutions and related services 2026-2033. The subject-matter of the DPS is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its annexes, in particular the subject-matter of the Dynamic Procurement Scheme.

The dynamic purchasing system is divided into 5 different baskets (sub-regions): 1: Artificial intelligence solutions for patient information systems 2: Physical artificial intelligence devices and robots in the military industry 3: Artificial intelligence solutions for the military industry and rescue 4: Artificial intelligence solutions for non-military industries 5: Automation solutions for tasks and processes The candidate may apply to baskets 1 through 5.

The dynamic purchasing system may be applied for by any candidate meeting the eligibility criteria indicated in the ESPD form and in the invitation to participate. The dynamic purchasing system shall approve all candidates who meet the compatibility criteria set out. All interested candidates may, throughout the duration of the dynamic purchasing system, request the right to participate in the dynamic purchasing system. The number of candidates eligible for the dynamic purchasing system is not limited.

The candidate applies to the dynamic purchasing system by submitting an application for participation. Isteki Oy may choose to shorten or extend the duration of the dynamic purchasing system by publishing a contract notice. Isteki Oy can also increase the value of the contract by publishing a contract notice. In addition, Isteki Oy reserves the right to temporarily suspend the submission of requests to participate in the dynamic purchasing system during its duration (e.g. holiday periods). During this period there will be no competitive tendering within the dynamic purchasing system.
