- Financial management system as a SaaS service and financial management service Subbids are not accepted. The system offered may consist of one or more software and / or module. The tenderer shall be responsible for the coordination and operation of the package. Alternative tenders shall not be accepted unless they have been specifically requested. The subscriber acquires one supplier with overall responsibility.The details and tender requirements of the package concerned are set out in Annex 1 to the invitation to tender, which sets out the minimum and quality requirements for the services to be provided. The acquisition complies with the Procurement Act (1397 / 2016). The procedure is a transparent procedure beyond the EU threshold. The tender documents are in Finnish and must be submitted in Finnish. Learnpoint ICT Oy acts as a consultant for the acquisition.
