  (a) Points awarded for the ‘Gross tender price’ criterion shall be calculated according to the following formula: C = (CN : CB) × 0,6 x 100 = XX,XX point where: C – the number of points awarded to the bid in the price criterion, CN – the lowest price among non-rejected tenders, CB – the price of the tender tested. The maximum possible number of points to be scored in this criterion is 60 points.

• Criterion No. 2 entitled "Professional qualifications and experience of the persons designated to carry out the contract".

  Criterion No. 2 entitled "Professional qualifications and experience of persons designated to perform the contract". b) The criterion "Professional qualifications and experience of persons designated to perform the contract" will be calculated as follows: A Contractor who declares that among the persons assigned to perform the contract there is a person acting as: Criterion "Experience of the person assigned to perform the contract" Item Description Number of points 1 Digital Accessibility Specialist The person assigned to fulfill the criterion has the following experience: Experience consisting of the design, development, expansion, modernization, or audit of a website, portal, ICT system with a web interface, electronic service, or other solution accessible via a web browser, in which compliance with WCAG 2.1 AA or a higher version at the AA level or higher was achieved or confirmed. For offering the specialist, the Contractor will receive 5 points. . 2) In the tender form, the Contractor shall indicate whether the person fulfilling the experience under the criterion is one of the persons and identical to those on the list of persons submitted to fulfill the condition, or is an additional person outside the said list of persons. 3) In the event of failure to indicate this information in the tender form by crossing out the unnecessary option, the Contractor will receive 0 points – regardless of the information indicated in the List of Persons to fulfill condition no. 2.

• Criterion No. 3 titled "Warranty"

  Criterion No. 3 named "Warranty". a) The "Warranty" criterion will be calculated as follows: Points awarded for the "Warranty" criterion above the minimum, i.e., 36 months, will be calculated according to the following formula: If the Contractor offers a warranty of: 36 months – will receive 0 points. 48 months – will receive 20 points. 60 months – will receive 35 points. Failure to indicate any option under this criterion will result in the rejection of the offer; failure to indicate only one option under the criterion will result in the rejection of the offer. The maximum possible number of points to be obtained in this criterion is 35 points.
