The object of the contract is to carry out the modernization of land and buildings records for the obrębów: Kavalce, Żar and PGR Kluki, located in the municipality of Kliki, the district of Belchatowski, woj. Łódź in area 811 ha and 1,629 registration plots with the establishment of building records for approximately 277 buildings.

The detailed description and manner of execution of the contract includes the Description of the Subject of the Contract (Technical Conditions), which is Annex No 8 to the WWZ and agreed with the Łódź Provincial Supervisor of Geodetic and Cartographic Supervision The Project for modernization of land and building records – Annex No 9 to the WWZ.

  1. O udzielenie zamówienia mogą ubiegać się Wykonawcy, którzy – zgodnie z art. 57 ustawy PZP - nie podlegają wykluczeniu na zasadach określonych w Rozdziale IX SWZ, oraz spełniają określone przez Zamawiającego warunki udziału w postępowaniu.
  2. O udzielenie zamówienia mogą ubiegać się Wykonawcy, którzy spełniają warunki dotyczące:
  1. zdolności do występowania w obrocie gospodarczym: Zamawiający nie stawia warunku w powyższym zakresie.
  2. uprawnień do prowadzenia określonej działalności gospodarczej lub zawodowej, o ile wynika to z odrębnych przepisów: Zamawiający nie stawia warunku w powyższym zakresie.
  3. sytuacji ekonomicznej lub finansowej : Zamawiający nie stawia warunku w powyższym zakresie.
  4. zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej: : 4.1 Zamawiający uzna warunek za spełniony jeżeli Wykonawca wykaże, że w okresie ostatnich 5 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy - w tym okresie, należycie wykonał ( tj. zakończył) co najmniej 2 usługi z zakresu modernizacji ewidencji gruntów i budynków, przeprowadzonej w trybie art. 24 ustawy z dnia 17 maja Prawo geodezyjne i kartograficzne, o wartości nie mniejszej niż 300 000,00 zł brutto każda usługa zgodnie ze wzorem stanowiącym Załącznik nr 5 do SWZ. 4.2 Zamawiający uzna warunek za spełniony jeżeli Wykonawca wykaże, że dysponuje i skieruje do realizacji zamówienia osoby, zdolne do realizacji zamówienia w tym osoby z uprawnieniami do wykonywania samodzielnych funkcji w dziedzinie geodezji i kartografii, które spełniają następujące wymagania:
  1. Kierownik robót – min 1 osoba: posiada uprawnienia zawodowe do wykonywania samodzielnych funkcji w dziedzinie geodezji i kartografii o których mowa w art. 43 pkt 1 i 2 ustawy z dnia 17 maja 1989 r. Prawo geodezyjne i kartograficzne oraz
  2. osoby, które będą uczestniczyć w wykonywaniu zamówienia wraz z informacjami na temat ich kwalifikacji zawodowych, doświadczenia i wykształcenia, posiadanych uprawnieniach zawodowych, niezbędnych do wykonania zamówienia, a także zakresu wykonywanych przez nich czynności, przy czym min. 1 osobę ( poza kierownikiem robót) posiadającą uprawnienia do wykonywania samodzielnych funkcji w dziedzinie geodezji i kartografii o których mowa w art. 43 pkt 1 lub 2 ustawy z dnia 17 maja 1989 r. Prawo geodezyjne i kartograficzne - zgodnie ze wzorem stanowiącym Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ. 4.3 Wykonawca odpowiada za prawidłową i terminową realizację zamówienia i powinien we własnym zakresie przewidzieć i powołać odpowiedni zespół osób do realizacji przedmiotu umowy.Postawiony warunek w SWZ w zakresie „ dysponowania zdolnymi osobami ” należy rozumieć jako minimalny, który nie zwalania wykonawcy od w/w odpowiedzialności
