Receiver 1: Economic operators submitting the offer must prove a form of registration of the conditions of the law in the country of residence, to reiterate that the economic operator is legally constituted, that it is not in any of the situations of cancellation of the constitution and that it has the professional ability to perform the activities which are the subject of the contract to be awarded. Method of fulfilment: - ADDITIONAL DUAE, following that the supporting document, i.e. the finding certificate issued by the ONRC or for foreign bidders, equivalent document issued in the country of residence, shall be submitted only at the request of the contracting authority upon completion of the tender evaluation by the economic operator ranked first in the intermediate ranking drawn up upon completion of the tender evaluation. If a group of economic operators submits the joint offer, this requirement must be met by each member of the group for the part of the contract they make.
