- how many of these organizations are assigned to the public sector. In addition, up to three references of organizations with more than 500 users can be given, where the offered AI assistance platform is currently used. For each reference, the following information shall be provided:

- industry affiliation,
- size of organisation,
- contract duration,
- number of users,
- operator model. For the verification of the references, either a contact person of the reference contractor may be provided by telephone number or the applicant shall establish a telephone contact within one working day of request by the LWL. Otherwise, the reference is scored with 0 points. Organizational units or LWL departments may not be designated as a reference.

Presentation of organisational and technical measures to ensure information security. In particular, the following points are to be explained:
- implementation of regular external penetration tests,
- structured process for detecting and resolving vulnerabilities,
- structured incident response process with defined reporting channels,
- existing and tested business continuity and disaster recovery concepts.
Indicate the company's employment figures for the years 2023, 2024 and 2025:

- in Germany,
- in the business branch "AI Assistance Platform" in Germany, which is relevant for the project.
Indication of existing information security certifications or equivalent evidence. In particular, the following must be presented: - which appropriate information security certifications are available or have been demonstrably requested, - whether the operating environment intended for the provision of services is tested according to BSI C5 or a comparable standard. Equivalent evidence shall be accepted.
Indication whether a professional or company liability insurance exists and which liability or cover sums are agreed. The applicant must have sufficient professional or company liability insurance at the latest at the time of conclusion of the contract. The proof shall be provided at the request of the contracting entity.
