Upon a separate request by the client, a current extract from the commercial register of the state of establishment of the tenderer/candidate/member of the group of tenderers/candidates must be submitted after submission of the tender/application. Companies with registered offices outside Germany must submit proof of registration in a comparable register of agencies of the country of origin in a certified German translation.

By submitting his offer, the bidder declares that he proves, at the latest eight weeks after the contract has been awarded to the client, that he has an industrial liability insurance in accordance with No. 21 of EVB IT AGB within the scope and scope of market-conforming insurance or a comparable insurance from a member state of the EU (a) note associations of bidders: In the event of formation of a group of tenderers, the abovementioned declaration on company liability insurance shall be submitted with the tender by the authorised member of the group of tenderers.

The proof of the insurance certificate shall be provided by each member of the group of tenderers to the contracting entity within eight weeks of the award of the contract.

At the time of submission of the offer, the tenderer/group must employ at least - 2 employees as technical specialists - 2 employees as pharmaceutical and/or medical personnel in his company. Failure to meet the minimum requirements shall lead to exclusion from the procurement procedure.

References must be submitted within the last three years (deadline date of the end of the tender period) which are comparable in nature, scope and difficulty to the tendered contract and meet the following minimum requirements. The minimum requirements can be fully covered by a reference project.

Alternatively, a maximum of 2 reference projects can be named, covering all the minimum requirements in their entirety. - On the basis of a reference project, the operation, maintenance and support of a drug information system must be proven over a period of at least two years. - A reference project shall be used to demonstrate the evaluation, validation and processing of drug data by technical and/or pharmaceutical professionals over a period of at least two years.
