Reference M1 The applicant shall draw attention to the fact that, pursuant to Article 67 of the Kbt., the tender must state to the tenderer that he or she has completed the ESPD in order to demonstrate compliance with the eligibility requirement of reference M1 by making a simple declaration in point "alpha 'of Part IV of the form in accordance with Article R. 2 (5).

The documents required by the procurement documents shall be submitted by the contracting authority at the request of the contracting authority pursuant to Article 69 containing detailed information on the fulfilment of the eligibility requirement for references M1.

M1 The most significant description of the supplies and / or services of the products covered by the contract, completed within 3 years of the date of dispatch of the invitation to tender, pursuant to Articles 21 (3) (a) and 22 (1) to (2) of R. 21, shall be at least:

The final date for the performance to be presented as a reference shall be within the period of 3 years (36 months) tested.
