Business Intelligence (BI) Software

A company presentation/declaration about the company structure, in particular the organizational structure, the range of services and personnel capacities, max. two DIN A4 pages, is attached to the application for participation.

Proof of registration in a professional or commercial register or comparable register or a declaration that there is no obligation to register is attached:

There must be a liability insurance for personal and property damage in the amount of at least 2,500,000.00 EUR (double maximized per year) and for property damage in the amount of at least 1,000,000.00 EUR (double maximized per year) or the company must undertake to conclude such at the latest at the time of placing an order or to increase an existing one.

The average total turnover must have been above EUR 1,000,000 (net) on average in the last three closed financial years.

The average total turnover in the field of activity of the contract (delivery and implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) and Corporate Planning Management (CPM) solutions) must have averaged over EUR 500,000.00 (net) in the last three completed financial years.

The number of persons employed by the undertaking in relation to the field of activity of the contract is on average at least 10 persons in the last three years.

The application for participation must be completed in the entrepreneur’s form (granting document C1) for the skilled workers to be employed. In the experience and qualification profiles, the specialist to be used for the respective role must be named.

At least 4 qualification and experience profiles must be provided, including one for the Senior Project Manager (m/f/d), one for the Senior BI/CPM Expert Consultant (m/f/d), one for the Senior Database and Integration Specialist (m/f/d) and one for the Trainer/Training Specialist (m/f/d). Minimum Requirements Senior Project Manager (m/f/d): The offered professional has at least five years of professional experience leading software implementation or integration projects.

Language skills German, at least at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). At least three personal reference projects, delivered in the last five years. The submitted reference projects shall demonstrate at least the following qualifications:

• experience in at least one project for the implementation of BI, CPM and/or ERP applications;
• at least three projects for software implementation;
• experience in process design and process standardisation;
• experience in documentation and knowledge management solutions;
• experience in the preparation of technical documentation;
• Application of a project management methodology (IPMA, Prince2) in at least two projects; Experience in consulting, presenting and coordinating with management and decision-makers in at least two projects.

Minimum Requirements Senior BI/CPM Expert Consultant - Solution Consultant (m/f/d): The expert has at least five years of experience in introducing or customizing BI, CPM, controlling or data warehouse solutions.

Language skills German, at least at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). At least three personal reference projects, delivered in the last five years.

At least three projects in the field of design, conception and implementation of BI and/or CPM applications, including at least one reference for a customer comparable to the local client in terms of number of employees (at least 50) and structure (several companies, at least 2); - Experience in conducting specialist workshops and requirements analysis; - Experience in the design and implementation of reports, dashboards, analyses, key figures and planning and forecast models;

Experience in the technical customization of BI/CPM solutions including data models, dimensions, hierarchies and computational logics; Experience in integrating data from different source systems and coordinating technical requirements with technical implementation teams; - knowledge of business processes, in particular in the areas of controlling, finance, budgeting and corporate management; - experience in the preparation of technical concepts, documentation and acceptance documents; - Experience in accompanying test phases, pilot operation and professional acceptance.

Minimum Requirements Senior Database and Integration Specialist (m/f/d): The offered specialist has at least five years of professional experience in building and customizing database structures and database design for BI or data warehouse solutions. Language skills German, at least at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). At least three personal reference projects, delivered in the last five years. The submitted reference projects shall demonstrate at least the following qualifications:

• At least three projects in the field of system integration and system services in database/SQL environment;
• Experience in implementing relational databases;
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or the database system used by the manufacturer;
• Experience in the development and adaptation of interfaces as well as import and export processes;
• experience with REST APIs, web services, CSV, XML or JSON interfaces;
• Experience in building ETL/ELT processes or comparable data integration procedures;
• Knowledge of data modeling (facts, dimensions, hierarchies); Experience in performance optimization and database tuning. Experience with user and authorization concepts

At least 4 qualification and experience profiles must be provided, including one for the Senior Project Manager (m/f/d), one for the Senior BI/CPM Expert Consultant (m/f/d), one for the Senior Database and Integration Specialist (m/f/d) and one for the Trainer/Training Specialist (m/f/d). Minimum requirements trainer / training specialist (m/f/d): The offered specialist has at least three years of professional experience in adult education with regard to the required BI/CPM solution.

Language skills German, at least at level C1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). At least one further training, certification or similar in the field of presentation and communication skills At least two personal reference projects, delivered in the last five years. The submitted reference projects shall demonstrate at least the following qualifications:

• experience in training different target groups (administrators, key users, professional users);
• Experience in preparing training materials and user documentation;
• experience with workshop and moderation techniques; Experience in knowledge transfer as well as in the train-the-trainer concept.

It is through mind. two references to demonstrate that, within the last three years, at least two contracts have provided services comparable in nature and scope to those expected by the contractor. Similar in nature are orders whose subject was the introduction of a Business Intelli-gence (BI) / Corporate Planning Management (CPM) solution, the connection to external financial controlling systems and their subsequent support.
