What the buyer wants
SUBJECT TO THE DYNAM CONTRACTING SYSTEM This dynamic purchasing system (DPS) targets cloud services and related expert services for Hansel Oy's customers. The subject-matter of the DPS is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its annexes, in particular in the Annex "Subject-matter of the dynamic purchasing system '. During the duration of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit an application for participation. DPS shall remain valid until the date indicated in the contract notice unless it is suspended or its duration changed in the case of DPS. The customers of Hansel Oy will acquire the DPS among the approved candidates through internal DPS competitions, which can run throughout the DPS acquisition phase. The acquisition period for DPS shall start after the start phase on 15 October 2026 and end on the end of the period of validity of the DPS. The DPS allows contracts awarded by customers to be valid for a maximum of five (5) years. EXTENSION OF THE DYNAM CONTRACTING SYSTEM The total estimated value of the dynamic purchasing system shall not exceed EUR 340 000 000 (excluding VAT). The value declared under the heading" Total estimated value excluding VAT' of the contract notice (TED BT-27: Estimated value) is the maximum estimated value of the dynamic purchasing system. ELECTRONIC TRADE Customers can use electronic auctions in internal competitions.
