Company presentation/declaration about the company structure, in particular the organizational structure, the range of services and personnel capacities, max. two DIN A4 pages.

Proof of registration in a professional or commercial register or comparable register (excerpt to be attached in copy) or declaration that there is no obligation to register.

Declaration that the applicant has commercial professional liability insurance for personal injury, property and property damage at the latest at the beginning of the service, indicating the amounts covered. Minimum requirements: The sums covered by this insurance must be at least EUR 5,000,000 per year, twice maximized for each claim for personal and property damages as well as property damages.

Declaration of total turnover and turnover in the field of activity (net) of the contract within the last three completed financial years. Minimum Requirements: The average total turnover of the last three closed financial years is over EUR 1,000,000 (net). The average turnover with comparable services in the last three closed financial years is EUR 500,000.00 (net).

Declaration showing the total number of employees of the company over the last three years and in relation to the field of activity of the contract. Minimum requirements: The number of persons employed by the undertaking in relation to the field of activity of the contract shall, on average, be at least 20 persons in the last three years.

Proof of an information security management system according to DIN ISO 27001 or equivalent by submitting a valid certification. If the certification of an equivalent information security management system is submitted, the applicant shall demonstrate its equivalence with the tender. In the case of a group of tenderers, proof shall be provided by all members of the group of tenderers.

Proof of a safety concept according to DIN ISO 27017 and DIN ISO 27018 or equivalent by submission of valid certifications. If the certification of an equivalent security concept is submitted, the applicant shall demonstrate its equivalence with the tender. In the case of a group of tenderers, proof shall be provided by all members of the group of tenderers.

Proof of a BCM according to DIN ISO 22301 or equivalent by presentation of a valid certification. If the certification of an equivalent BCM is submitted, the applicant shall demonstrate its equivalence with the tender. In the case of a group of tenderers, proof shall be provided by all members of the group of tenderers.

Proof of an environmental management system according to DIN ISO 14001 or equivalent by submitting a valid certification. If the certification of an equivalent environmental management system is submitted, the applicant shall demonstrate its equivalence with the tender. In the case of a group of tenderers, proof shall be provided by all members of the group of tenderers.

Proof of a quality management system according to DIN ISO 9001 or equivalent by presentation of a valid certification. If the certification of an equivalent quality management system is submitted, the applicant shall demonstrate its equivalence with the tender. In the case of a group of tenderers, proof shall be provided by all members of the group of tenderers.
