2M-IT Oy (hereinafter referred to as the "Contracting Entity" or "Contracting Entity") establishes a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for consulting on security and data protection and related expert services. Organisations providing services under a dynamic purchasing system may submit applications for participation in a dynamic purchasing system throughout its duration.
The dynamic purchasing system shall accept all candidates who have submitted an application for participation who meet the eligibility criteria for candidates. In the form of competitive tendering within the dynamic purchasing system to be set up, there is a call for tenders for information security and data protection consultation, and related and expert services. Procurement is carried out within the dynamic purchasing system through separate calls for tenders.

The annual turnover of the tenderer (general) is as follows: Last approved financial year: EUR 200 000
The amount of the professional indemnity insurance is as follows: EUR 200 000
Economic or financial requirement and its description: The applicant's financial conditions must be adequate in terms of the size and quality of the contract. This attribute is assessed on the basis of information on the candidate's solvency, solvency, profitability and creditworthiness.
The financial situation of the candidate must be such that its rating of Suomen Ktikatieto Oy is at least satisfactory A or the risk category is 1 -3 or is considered equivalent according to the financial statements or other similar statement. A candidate whose rating is C in the rating of Suomen Kokasetieto Oy or 5 in the risk rating shall be closed to tender.
A candidate with a rating of B or a risk rating of 4 may be excluded from a tender if the candidate is unable to provide a reliable explanation of the measures it takes or has taken to improve its financial situation. The candidate shall indicate to this effect the rating or risk rating as defined above or the statement that compliance with the requirement can be demonstrated by means of financial statements or other equivalent statements.
