Continuation of subscription under the Enterprise Agreement program for the right to use Microsoft products and licenses

The participant should have achieved a minimum total turnover calculated on the basis of the annual turnover for the last three completed financial years. Minimum level required The participant should have achieved a minimum total turnover of EUR 700 000,00 calculated on the basis of the annual turnover for the last three completed financial years. In the cases of Art. 67, para 5 and Art.112, para 1, item 2 of the Law of the Law of the Republic of Bulgaria, the requirement shall be demonstrated by the presentation of the following documents:

1. Annual financial statements or components thereof where their publication is required under the legislation of the country in which the participant is established;
2. Report on total turnover. Note: The information under item 1 and item 2 should cover the last three completed financial years. Information may also cover a shorter period, depending on the date on which the participant has been set up or started operations.Where for good reason a participant is unable to provide the documents requested by the contracting authority, it may prove its economic and financial situation by means of any other document which the contracting authority considers appropriate.Where the participants submit evidence referring to periods prior to the introduction of the euro and contain values in levs starting from the date of introduction of the euro, they shall also indicate the euro value resulting from the conversion of the fixed rate and in compliance with the rules of the Law on the introduction of the euro in the Republic of Bulgaria.The annual financial statements shall be drawn up in the currency in official circulation in the Republic of Bulgaria at the end of the relevant reporting period. Accounting documents and reports for periods prior to the introduction of the euro remain valid and are subject to recalculation by applying the official fixed rate.

The participant should have achieved a minimum turnover in the area covered by the contract calculated on the basis of the annual turnover for the last three completed financial years. Minimum (s) required: The participant should have achieved a minimum turnover in the area covered by the contract of EUR 350 000,00. The "sphere covered by the contract' should be understood as selling products and/or licences to Microsoft. In the cases under Art. 67, para.5 and Art.112, para 1, item 2, the requirement shall be demonstrated by the presentation of the following documents:

1. Annual financial statements or components thereof where their publication is required under the legislation of the country in which the participant is established;
2. Reference to turnover in the field covered by the contract. Note: The information under item 1 and item 2 should cover the last three completed financial years. Information may also cover a shorter period, depending on the date on which the participant has been set up or started operations.Where for good reason a participant is unable to provide the documents requested by the contracting authority, it may prove its economic and financial situation by means of any other document which the contracting authority considers appropriate.Where the participants submit evidence referring to periods prior to the introduction of the euro and contain values in levs starting from the date of introduction of the euro, they shall also indicate the euro value resulting from the conversion of the fixed rate and in compliance with the rules of the Law on the introduction of the euro in the Republic of Bulgaria.The annual financial statements shall be drawn up in the currency in official circulation in the Republic of Bulgaria at the end of the relevant reporting period. The participant must have staff and/or managers with the necessary professional competence to perform the contract. In the cases of Art. 67, para 5 and Art.112, para 1, item 2, the requirement shall be proved by presenting itself List of staff to perform the contract and/or the members of the management who will be responsible for the performance and documents demonstrating the professional competence of the persons.

Minimum level required The participant should have at least two persons with competence in the field of deployment of Microsoft products-based solutions covered by this subscription and have at least the following qualifications and experience: Experience: Staff designated to carry out the activity of having professional competence and having in-depth knowledge of evaluation, planning, migration, deployment and management of Microsoft products (365).

To be able to develop, implement and manage Microsoft (365) client-level infrastructures for hybrid cloud and business environments. Staff shall have practical knowledge of Microsoft identity, infrastructure and applications (365).

Qualification: The requirement is demonstrated by the presentation of a Microsoft 365 Certified certificate: Administrator Expert after a passed Microsoft training system exam or equivalent in the field of Microsoft development, deployment and management (365) client-level infrastructures for hybrid cloud and business environments.

Experience: Staff designated to carry out the activity of having professional competence and having in-depth knowledge of the deployment, configuration, protection, management and monitoring of devices and customer applications in Microsoft environment (365). The staff shall have practical knowledge of identity management, security, access, rules, updates and end point applications.

Qualification: The requirement is demonstrated by the presentation of a Microsoft 365 Certified certificate: Endpoint Administrator Associate after a pass of the Microsoft training system or equivalent in the field of deployment, configuration and maintenance of .
