The participant shall have specific professional competence for the performance of the contract as follows: minimum - 1(one) specialist with the necessary educational and professional qualifications as follows: Higher education of the designated specialist - minimum bachelor in the field of information technology or equivalent acquired abroad .
The participant should have achieved a minimum total turnover calculated on the basis of the annual turnovers for the last 3 / three/ closed financial years, depending on the date on which the participant was established or started, depending on the date on which it was created or started operating, equal to or exceeding: EUR 600,000. The amount of net sales revenue within the meaning of the Accounting Act.
