What the buyer wants
SUBJECT TO THE DYNAM CONTRACTING SYSTEM This dynamic purchasing system (DPS) targets expert services related to cybersecurity, data protection and data management for customers of Hansel Oy. In addition to expert services, customers may also acquire, to a limited extent, equipment, software and / or operating environments that can be used for execution of orders under the subject-matter of the acquisition.
The subject-matter of the DPS is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its annexes, in particular in the Annex "Subject-matter of the dynamic purchasing system '. During the duration of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit an application for participation. DPS shall remain valid until the date indicated in the contract notice unless it is suspended or amended in the case of the DPS.
The customers of Hansel Oy will acquire the DPS among the approved candidates through internal DPS competitions, which can run throughout the DPS acquisition phase. The acquisition period for DPS starts after the start phase on 1.10.2025 and ends on the end of the DPS period. Customer contracts may be valid for a maximum of six (6) years. EXTENSION OF THE DYNAM CONTRACTING SYSTEM The total estimated value of the dynamic purchasing system shall not exceed EUR 150 000 000 (excluding VAT).
