   2M-IT Oy (hereinafter referred to as the "Contracting Entity" or "Contracting Entity") establishes a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for information management and artificial intelligence services. Organisations providing services under the dynamic purchasing system (DPS) may submit applications for participation in the dynamic purchasing system throughout its duration. The dynamic purchasing system shall accept all candidates who have submitted an application for participation who meet the eligibility criteria for candidates. In the form of competitive tendering within the dynamic purchasing system to be set up, the platforms, solutions and services of management and artificial intelligence, licences and expert services, together with the different sets of them, will be put into competition with information. The above will be acquired for services provided to social and healthcare organisations, which will be further identified in the invitation to tender for the internal DPS. Solutions can be found for special care, basic health care and social services, as well as support measures for these tasks. They can be introduced in 2M-IT Oy's service production as part of the services of one or more customers. In addition, 2M-IT Oy can also obtain solutions for its own business. The actual contracts are awarded on the basis of separate invitations to tender in the form of intra-DPS tenders, in which the contracting entity specifies and describes its detailed procurement needs. The acquisition of platforms and licences may include, for example, information management or artificial intelligence based on commercial software, software access, licences and / or open source software solution. It may also include tools for managing management, data storage automation, integration, analytics and reporting and visualisation. The solutions and services to be procured may consist of the supplier's own services and products, or the subcontractor's licensed services and products coming through the supplier. Service production can take advantage of or be incorporated into the Client's existing own service and other capacity. The object of expert services can be specified in the following areas: • Knowledge of management and AI consultation • Design and management of data management and management projects • Design, development, testing, training and planning of maintenance, management and control chains • Data storage, data cubes and platforms Development of analysis, advanced analytics, machine learning and robotics • Development of AI algorithm as a finished product in different technologies • Implementation competence with different technologies (e.g. Google AI, AWS Cloud computing, Microsoft AI) • User interface and application development (Chatbot, etc.) • Definition and development of cost accounting • Definition of services, processes and governance models • Selection, consultation and training of development tools • Training of machinery, conversion of original material into processed material and teaching artificial intelligence
