What the buyer wants

  1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 18 sets of devices, each set of devices will consist of three single servers and two network switches, enabling server operation in the cluster. The Contracting Authority requires the delivery of all sets of devices to one location selected by the Contractor in the territory of the Republic of Poland, in which there will be a protocol reception of devices.After receiving the equipment, the Contractor will be obliged to store the equipment and successive delivery of them to individual Regional Centres located in the Republic of Poland (17 locations), according to the schedule provided by the Contracting Authority, by 15 April 2027. The locations of each Regional Centre will be made available to the Contractor after the contract has been concluded.As part of the delivery to the Regional Centres, the equipment will be subject to installation and installation in the Contracting Authority's cabinets by a third party, to which the Contractor will be obliged to cooperate in order to properly install and start the equipment.
  2. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPP), which constitutes Annex No 1 to the WZ and in the PPU, which constitute Annex No 2 to the WZ.
  3. The Contracting Authority shall require that the subject-matter of the contract offered, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used for the performance of the contract, both as main elements and components, environmental elements or accompanying solutions, shall not include:
    • ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes identified in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(4) of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, which establish their negative impact on the primary interest in the security of the State;
    • ICT product of which the type is defined in the decision to recognise the supplier as a high risk provider referred to in Article 67b(15) of the Law of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or ICT services or ICT processes specified in that decision. The Contractor shall make an appropriate declaration in the content of the Tender Form. That declaration shall constitute the content of the tender submitted.If from the content of the tender, statements, documents submitted with the offer or explanations The economic operator will show that the tender includes the solution referred to above, the tender shall be rejected pursuant to Article 226(1), point 17 or point 19, uPzp.

Contract award may be requested by Contractors who meet the conditions referred to in Article 112(2) of the UDP concerning technical or professional capacity – The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to have appropriate experience in the performance of the contract. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contracting Authority to carry out, during the last three (3) years and if the duration of the activity is shorter during that period, at least 1 (one) delivery** consisting of the supply of electronic equipment (servers or routers), with a value of not less than PLN 2 000 000,00 gross. It is allowed to show a delivery covering:

  1. servers only,
  2. routers only,
