What the buyer wants

  1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, implementation, configuration and provision of a service and warranty for the AML system supporting the performance of obligations arising in particular from the AML Act, EU AML Regulations and EBA Guidelines, GIIF.
  2. Under the contract Contractor is obliged to: 2.1 conduct Pre-Implementation Analysis; 2.2 delivery of the System with the licenses necessary for the use of the System; 2.3 configuration, parameterization and adaptation of the System to the requirements of the Contracting Authority; 2.4 installation and commissioning of the System in the ordering environment; 2.5 implementation of the integration of the System with the External Systems;2.6 migration of data in the scope specified by the Contracting Authority; 2.7 preparation and testing of the System; 2.8 launch of the Production System; 2.9 delivery of documentation; 2.10 training for Users; 2.11 provision of post-implementation services, including warranty services and service of the System.
  3. The Contracting Authority provides for additional contracts under the option law covering: 3.1 provision of Development Services, 3.2 delivery, installation, configuration and commissioning of IT Infrastructure necessary for the operation of the System.
  4. Use of the right of option is an option, not an obligation of the Ordering Party. If the Contracting Authority does not exercise the right of option, the Contractor shall have no claim against
  5. Description of the order (OPP) is contained in Annex 2 to the SWZ.
  6. The contract performance rules are set out in the draft contract, which is Annex 6 to the WWZ.
