4.2. An investment involving the construction of a tourist trail will contribute to the creation of an integrated cycling network, using the richness of the culture and history of the municipality and the region. The creation of an integrated cycling network, which combines the most important cultural and historical attractions of the municipality of Czerniewice and its surroundings, will make the region more attractive as a tourist destination. For this task, the Contracting Authority has a Functional-Use Programme based on which the Contracting Authority is obliged to perform the task.
