Zamawiający, zgodnie z art.97 ust.1 ustawy Pzp, żąda od Wykonawcy wniesienia wadium w wysokości 20.000,00 zł (słownie: dwadzieścia tysięcy złotych 00/100). Wadium należy wnieść przed upływem terminu składania ofert. Wadium musi obejmować pełen okres związania ofertą.
Wadium może być wniesione w jednej lub w kilku formach, wskazanych w art.97 ust.7 ustawy Pzp, tj.: w pieniądzu, gwarancjach bankowych, gwarancjach ubezpieczeniowych, poręczeniach udzielanych przez podmioty, o których mowa w art.6b ust.5 pkt.2 ustawy z dnia 9 listopada 2000 r. o utworzeniu Polskiej Agencji Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości (Dz.U. z 2025 r. poz. 98).
