Základním kritériem hodnocení je ekonomická výhodnost nabídek. Zadavatel bude ekonomickou výhodnost nabídek hodnotit podle nejnižší nabídkové ceny. Hodnocení bude provedeno následujícím způsobem: Nabídky budou seřazeny podle výše celkové nabídkové ceny v Kč bez DPH. Jako nejvýhodnější bude vybrána nabídka s nejnižší nabídkovou cenou. V případě, že v rámci hodnocení veřejné zakázky bude jako ekonomicky nejvýhodnější podle výsledku hodnocení více nabídek (tj. bude více nabídek se stejnou nabídkovou cenou, která bude zároveň nejnižší), zadavatel provede výběr nabídky losem. Výběr nabídky losem bude v takovém případě veřejný a účastníci zadávacího řízení budou na jednání, na kterém bude výběr nabídky losem probíhat, pozváni nejméně 3 pracovní dny předem. Účastník není oprávněn podmínit jím navrhované údaje, které jsou předmětem hodnocení, další podmínkou. Podmínění nebo uvedení několika rozdílných hodnot je důvodem pro vyřazení nabídky a vyloučení účastníka ze zadávacího řízení. Obdobně bude zadavatel postupovat v případě, že dojde k uvedení hodnoty, která je předmětem hodnocení, v jiné veličině či formě, než zadavatel stanovil.
