What the buyer wants
- The subject of the order is the delivery of the server, as specified in Annex 2 to the WWZ, hereinafter referred to as ‘the equipment’. The object of the contract should be a brand new, unregenerated, unused, coming from the current production (i.e. not older than 2025), have appropriate certificates for sale and use in Poland, be legally marketed in the European Economic Area and bear the CE mark. The contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service for the equipment.
- The scope of the order includes: purchase of equipment with transport, delivery, unloading and entry into the premises of the Contracting Authority.
- Term of performance of the contract – up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the contract. The Contracting Authority shall forward the contract to the Contractor within 30 days of the date of conclusion of the contract.
- Minimum warranty period for equipment with disks required - according to SWZ.
- Delivery address: University of Silesia in Katowice, Faculty of Arts and Sciences on Education, Institute of Music Arts ul. Bielska 62, 43-400 Cieszyn. 6. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is given in Annex 2 to the WWZ.
- The Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of contracts for additional supplies within the meaning of Article 214(1)(8) of the Public Procurement Law. No market consultations were conducted prior to the initiation of the proceeding.
