Delivery of an IT solution covering the functionality of extended detection and emergency response in different security layers (XDR)

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, implementation and migration of data by the Contractor, to the Recipient - the Ministry of Justice, the General Courts and the Procurement Centre for the Judiciary Institute for Budget Economy (CZdS IGB), the XDR (Extended\Endpoint Detection and Response) system - an IT solution covering the functionality of extended detection and response to threats in various layers of security, providing comprehensive protection of the IT environment against attacks, along with Guarantees, Technical Support, Training Workshops, integration with existing SIEM and SOAR systems and the Services of Assy Technical. Implementation will include launching the System and configuring in accordance with the requirements of the Contracting Authority, to the extent necessary for the correct operation of the System, as well as carrying out the transfer of knowledge and migration of data. 2. Under the object of the basic order, the Contractor undertakes in particular: 1) to provide the Software required for the proper operation of the System, 2) to grant or ensure the granting of any license together with Technical Support, for a period of 36 months after the signature of the Implementation Receive Protocol, required for the proper operation of the System, as a whole as well as individual elements thereof, for at least 100 000 workstations or servers in the distributed IT infrastructure of the Recipient and Units (if applicable) of which 7,000 for the Ministry of Justice, 93 000 for Units, 170 for the CZdS IGB (quantity of the license for CZdS IGB is an optional range of orders). The Licensor is the Recipient, and the entities entitled to use the System are Units, 3) implement, run and configure the System perform data migration and restore configurations from the currently operated System, 4) perform the Design Documentation and Performance Documentation, 5) transfer to the Recipient the copyright rights of the Documentation developed by the Contractor under the Agreement, 6) as part of the implementation - perform the transfer of knowledge for up to 20 persons designated by the Recipient, from the scope of the system delivered and the maintenance and development activities in the area of administration, to the extent and under the conditions described in Chapter V of the OPZ (Annex 2 to the SWZ), 7) grant to the Recipient the Guaranteed System provided under the Agreement, including the Software Guarantee, from the date of signing the Protocol for the Implementation of the System to the end of the licence period, to not more than 36 months, and provide in that period a guarantee service in respect of the implemented System, under remuneration resulting from the Agreement, 8) carry out the Training Workshops for up to 20 persons designated by the Recipient, as well as described in Schedule No. 3. Within the object of the optional order (optional right), The contractor undertakes: • to provide up to 170 licenses for CZdS IGB, • to integrate with the SIEM and SOAR systems in accordance with the principles set out in Chapter II of the OGA (Annex No 2 to the SWZ), • to provide Technical Assistant Services in Polish, in a maximum of 2000 man-day hours during the duration of the Agreement, under the conditions described in Chapter VIII of the OGA (Annex No 2 to the SWZ). 4. The Contracting Authority shall require that the subject of the contract be provided by the Contractor, who has the status of Manufacturer or Authorised Partner of the Manufacturer or other form of cooperation to supply on the Polish market offered Software with license, Technical Support and for the provision of warranty services and Technical Assistance Services related to this Software.
