The contractor shall demonstrate that during the last five years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter – during that period, he has made at least 3 (three) deliveries for each part separately of a similar nature each with a value of not less than: ­ for part I - PLN 280 000 gross (two hundred eighty thousand gross zlotys) separately for each delivery. A similar supply should be understood to mean the supply of software with licenses for server operating systems.

The Contractor shall demonstrate that during the last five years before the deadline for the submission of tenders, and if the period of business is shorter – during that period, he has made at least 3 (three) deliveries for each part separately of a similar nature each time with a value of not less than: - for Part II - 100 000 PLN gross (a hundred thousand PLN gross) separately for each delivery. A similar supply should be understood to mean the supply of software with licenses for central IT management systems.

Na podstawie art. 97 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp Zamawiający żąda od Wykonawców wniesienia wadium.

Zamawiający wymaga, aby wadium wniesione zostało przed upływem terminu składania ofert i utrzymane zostało nieprzerwanie do dnia upływu terminu związania ofertą, z wyjątkiem z wyjątkiem przypadków, o których mowa w art. 98 ust. 1 pkt 2 i 3 oraz ust. 2 ustawy Pzp.

Wadium wniesione w pieniądzu będzie wniesione skutecznie, jeżeli rachunek bankowy Zamawiającego zostanie uznany kwotą wadium przed upływem terminu składania ofert (tj. przed upływem dnia i godziny wyznaczonej jako ostateczny termin składania ofert).
