Zamawiający nie stawia warunków dotyczących zdolności do występowania w obrocie gospodarczym, uprawnień do prowadzenia działalności ani sytuacji ekonomicznej lub finansowej. Warunki zdolności technicznej lub zawodowej: CZĘŚĆ I:

  1. wykonanie w ostatnich 3 latach co najmniej 5 dostaw lub realizacji o wartości min. 100 000,00 zł brutto każda, zawierających komponent w postaci agregatu prądotwórczego i/lub UPS;
  2. dysponowanie co najmniej 1 osobą do uruchomienia i serwisu agregatu i UPS, z ważnym świadectwem kwalifikacyjnym E (urządzenia prądotwórcze oraz instalacje do 1 kV) i udziałem w instalacji lub uruchomieniu co najmniej 2 agregatów lub UPS. CZĘŚĆ II:
  1. wykonanie w ostatnich 3 latach co najmniej 3 dostaw sprzętu informatycznego wraz z wdrożeniem i implementacją, o wartości min. 500 000,00 zł brutto każda;
  2. wykonanie lub wykonywanie usług: SOC dla min. 3 podmiotów; min. 2 dostaw i wdrożeń systemu SIEM obejmujących monitoring min. 20 serwerów; min. 2 usług zarządzania infrastrukturą IT z monitorowaniem systemów bezpieczeństwa i audytem konfiguracji;
  3. dysponowanie osobami z certyfikatami: wdrożenie – po 2 osoby: producent oferowanych serwerów, producent oferowanych przełączników LAN, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+; usługi MDR/SOC – 1 osoba UTM, 2 osoby ochrona urządzeń końcowych, 1 osoba zarządzanie podatnościami, 1 osoba SIEM, 2 osoby sieci LAN/WiFi (lub certyfikaty równoważne);
  4. posiadanie certyfikatów ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22301:2019 i ISO/IEC 27001:2022 lub równoważnych. Szczegółowy opis – pkt 16 SWZ.
