Delivery of Microsoft subscription packages or equivalent packages.

The subject of the order is the delivery with the activation of Microsoft Packages or Subscription Packages equivalent to the organisational units of the State Labour Inspectorate, according to the ‘Description of the subject of the order’, which is Annex 2 to St.

1. The basic order includes the supply, including the activation of standard service packages, standard software licenses, including the right to update to the latest version (Software Assurance), cloud computing resources in accordance with Annex No 2 to the "Description of the subject of the contract, Annex No 1a "Price Form for Microsoft subscription packages (Annex 1 to the Agreement)" and under the conditions set out in the "Contract Model" (Annex 12a to the Agreement) or delivery together with the activation of subscription packages, licenses and cloud computing resources equivalent to the organisational units of the State Labour Inspectorate in accordance with Annex No 2 to the "Contract Description", Annex No 1b "Price Form for equivalent software packages (Annex 1 to the Agreement) and under the conditions set out in the "Contract Model" (Annex 12b to the SWZ);
2. The option includes the delivery together with the activation of standard service packages, standard software licenses together with the right to update to the latest version (Software Assurance), cloud computing resources in accordance with Annex No 2 to the "Contract Description (Annex No 12b to the SWWWW) and the "InkniW" of the "Contract No 1 and the "Con Licences, subscriptions, renewals provided for under the Option are indicated in point 2.2. ‘Description of the subject of the contract’ (Annex No 2 to the swz).The maximum value of the Option Agreement is indicated in the Model Agreement (Annex No 12a to Swz or Annex No 12b). The detailed rules for the use of the Options are set out in the Model Agreement’ (Annex No 12a to Sweden or Annex No 12b ).
3. When offering packages equivalent to ‘supply’ means the performance of all activities and services specified in the ‘Contract Model’ (Annex 12b to swz), and ‘Description of the subject of the contract’ (Annex 2 to swz) in relation to equivalent packages, in particular:
   1. the provision of equivalent subscription packages;
   2. the installation, configuration and integration of equivalent subscription packages in the system-programme environment of the Contracting Party for all users;
   3. the complete migration of accounts and any data and configuration from the system currently in use to the equivalent system;
   4. the provision of any additional licence necessary for the proper functioning of equivalent software;
   5. ensuring that the implemented equivalent subscription packages will function identically or better in relation to the current contracting environment, in accordance with the requirements of the ‘Contract Description’ (Annex 2 to swz).
