1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a support service for servers owned by the Ordering Authority, working for the State Medical Rescue Assistance System (hereinafter ‘the Devices’). The specifications of the Devices to be covered by the service of the manufacturer or authorised service of the manufacturer are set out in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter: “OPP”), which constitutes Annex No. 1 of the SWZ. The conditions for the performance of the contract are contained in the draft provisions of the Agreement, which constitute Annex No 2 of the SWZ.
