Wykonawca w okresie ostatnich trzech lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy – w tym okresie, wykonał a w przypadku świadczeń powtarzających się lub ciągłych należycie wykonuje co najmniej dwa zamówienia polegające na dostawie systemu klasy NGFW o wartości co najmniej 200 000 zł brutto każda. Poprzez jedno zamówienie Zamawiający rozumie dostawę realizowaną lub zrealizowaną w ramach jednej umowy. Jeżeli Wykonawca w dacie składania oferty wykonuje zamówienie, o którym mowa w warunku powyżej, wskazany tam warunek uznaje się za spełniony, jeżeli do upływu terminu składania ofert wartość zrealizowanej części zamówienia wynosiła co najmniej 200 000 zł brutto.
