The HUS group establishes a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter 'DPS') for the acquisition of quality registration systems. The registers to be procured are further defined in each competitive process within the dynamic purchasing system. • Quality registries systems for each type of disease, group or group of patients to be procured as software services
• Quality registries integration products
• Expert work The quality registers serve as a daily tool for the clinician to monitor the different stages of care and assess the quality of care. The registers also provide information on the measures taken and the treatment problems. Quality registers will help improve the quality of care and develop new management practices.The indicators and results of the HUS quality registers are also nationally comparable and data are collected in THL registers for national comparison purposes. The aim of HAS is to obtain system solutions for monitoring the effectiveness of patient care through a flexible and simple procedure.HUS has dozens of quality registers for different groups of patients, which are integrated in the patient system with the Abbot and other treatment-related systems. Some quality registers are integrated into national applications. These existing quality registers will also be renewed or replaced through this dynamic purchasing system.HUS 605-2023 DPS dynamic purchasing system is valid until 31.12.2035 unless reduced or extended by a separate notification. At the time of publication of the invitation to participate, HUS estimates that 30 to 60 tenders will be published within the dynamic purchasing system during the period 2025-2035. The amount is a preliminary estimate, which can change significantly as the need for competition and product grouping become clearer.At the time of publication of the invitation to participate, HUS estimated the total duration of the dynamic purchasing system to be up to EUR 20 000 000, taking into account all possible purchases made under the system. The estimate is preliminary and is based on the currently known supply needs. HUS does not commit itself to any quantities or purchase obligations under this notice.Applications for participation in a dynamic purchasing system may be submitted throughout its duration. It shall remain in force until the date indicated in the contract notice unless it is suspended or amended in the case of a dynamic purchasing system. The actual procurement is carried out by means of competitive tendering within the dynamic purchasing system, which describes and specifies the subject matter of the contract.A separate contract shall be concluded for each internal competition. The contract period is defined separately in internal competition on a case-by-case basis. The dynamic purchasing system may be applied for as a tenderer if it fulfils the suitability requirements indicated in the ESPD form and in the section on the criteria for the subject-matter of the procurement. It includes all eligible candidates.
