EiCoNeD2025 - Lot 3 (Internet)

1. The offer is annexed to the extract (copy) from the commercial register or Attach a professional register of the State in which the undertaking is established, insofar as the undertaking is registered there, or a comparable proof of the permitted professional practice. The tenderer must confirm that the extract from the commercial register, the professional register or the comparable proof attached to the tender reflects the current (registration) status.
2. A short company profile (greatly no longer than 2 DIN A4 pages) must be attached to the offer, in which the main areas of activity and the organization of the company are briefly described;
3. The company must declare that it meets all commercial requirements for the performance of the service to be awarded.

a The company shall disclose its total annual turnover in the EU (net) in the last 3 completed financial years; b The company has to declare its turnover in the field of activity of the tender contract in the EU (net) in the last 3 completed financial years.

The company must declare that it has an existing company liability insurance and submit a current insurance confirmation(s) (copy) with an indication of the insured risks and the respective amounts of cover as an investment.

This is the average number of employees of the company in the last 3 completed financial years.

References (minimum requirement) The company designates the following services that are comparable to the advertised service (references) and provides the following information. The following minimum requirements for the bidder/group of bidders were observed in the notice: At least one comparable reference is required whose performance period is after 31.12.2017. This is also the case if the service provision began before, but continues beyond 31.12.2017.

The following additional minimum requirements shall apply: A reference is considered to be comparable only if they can demonstrate at least the realization of a redundant Internet connection with realization of a two-vendor strategy with load balancing for both ISPs and DDoS protection for at least one of the two connections. If this minimum requirement is not met, the tender shall be excluded.

The minimum requirements set out above must be met in full by the tenderer or the group of tenderers (including any subcontractors/eligible companies).

1. The company briefly states on a separate plant that its internal service processes are organized according to a recognized service process standard (ITIL or comparable).
2. Quality assurance The company shall provide a brief description of how the protection of confidential data, the guarantee of data integrity and the availability of the offered services are ensured. This can be done, for example, by demonstrating information security management (ISMS) according to ISO 27001 and a quality management system according to ISO 9001.
