Evaluation and preparation of reports on employment trends in the Free State of Bavaria 2027 and 2028 (based on the company surveys/data from the IAB company panel to be procured by the Contractor as well as an increase in this regard)

The contract concerns the preparation of the reports “Employment Trends in the Free State of Bavaria” for 2027 and 2028. For this purpose, the contractor has to evaluate a total of 1,200 operating surveys. The required data for the operating panel are collected by an institution/company (each for 2027 and 2028) which has been commissioned by the IAB, the contractor has to commission the same institution.

As described in the specifications, the data is obtained from 800 operational surveys, which are commissioned and financed by the IAB (basic sample), and from 400 operational surveys, which are financed by the contractor himself and are to be provided by him on behalf (surplus sample).

Part of this task is therefore also the collection of the top-up sample (including the surveys) for the years 2027 and 2028, whereby the contractor has to commission the institution/company commissioned by the IAB (each) with the data collection for the operating panel on its own behalf and on its own account. In addition, the contractor must obtain the data of the regional basic data sets of the Land of Bavaria from the IAB in exchange for the data from the top-up sample of the Land of Bavaria.

The contractor acts in his own name and on his own account. The customer is not a contracting party, he does not provide any data in this respect.
