Reference project: the bidder must prove his experience with comparable projects. Requirements for the reference: ─ at least 200km network length ─ not older than 4 years (deadline: deadline for receipt of tenders) ─ Object of service: state detection using the procedure "Digital on-site detection with input devices with georeference reference" of a municipal road infrastructure. Description contains at least: name of the municipality, contact person at the municipality (alternative contact option), short overview of the exact service content, for example project period, scope and costs. The information on the reference project must be presented on a maximum of one DIN-A 4 page.

Self-declaration on an existing company liability insurance with minimum coverage: 1 million € personal injury, 1 million € property damage. The proof of insurance shall be submitted at the latest before the contract is awarded.

Competence for professional practice including the following requirements:

• Fulfilment of statutory obligations for the payment of taxes and duties as well as contributions to statutory social insurance ─ Entry in a professional or commercial register for the advertised benefit ─ Absence of a custodial sentence in the last three years of more than 3 months or a fine of more than 90 daily rates or a fine of more than € 2,500 pursuant to § 21 Posting of Workers Act or § 19 Minimum Wage Act or pursuant to § 21 (1) sentence 1 and 2 Unlawful Workers Act ─ Fulfilment of the commercial requirements for the performance of the offered benefit no insolvency proceedings or a comparable procedure regulated by law has been opened, no opening has been requested and no insolvency plan has been validly confirmed ─ the company is not in liquidation - there are no further reasons for exclusion according to §§ 123, 124 GWB before the self-declarations listed above are submitted with the self-declaration as an attachment to the offer letter for services.
