What the buyer wants
- The subject of the contract is the execution, implementation and launch of educational simulation games (3 games), designed for the implementation of teaching activities conducted by the Logistics Department of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, hereinafter jointly referred to as “Software”.
- A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 5 to the WWZ.
- In case of indication in the description of the order of own names, The Contracting Authority shall allow the possibility of applying equivalent solutions to those described, indicating the equivalence criteria. In the case of an indication in the description of the subject-matter of the contract of own names without indicating equivalence criteria, they are only of an indicative nature.
- The purchaser does not allow partial tenders. Order adapted for SMEs.
- The Ordering Party shall not allow the submission of variants.
- The Contracting Authority requires the Contracting Authority and the Subcontractor, in accordance with Article 95(1) of the Act ppp, that persons carrying out the performance of the contract activities indicated in Annex 4 to the SWZ, be employed on the basis of an employment relationship within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974. – Labour Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 277 as amended).
- The method of verifying the employment of these persons and the power of the Contracting Authority to check that the Contractor meets the requirements relating to the employment of these persons and the penalties for non-compliance with those requirements are set out in detail in the Description of the subject of the contract, which is Annex 5 to the WWZ and in the draft contract, which is Annex 4 to the WWZ.
- The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation of the Contracting Authority to perform the key tasks of the service contract.

O udzielenie zamówienia mogą ubiegać się wykonawcy, którzy nie podlegają wykluczeniu z postępowania oraz spełniają niżej określony warunek udziału w postępowaniu dotyczący zdolności zawodowej: wykonawca spełni warunek, jeżeli wykaże, że w okresie ostatnich 3 lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy – w tym okresie, wykonał należycie co najmniej jedną usługę, obejmującą swoim zakresem wykonanie i wdrożenie gier symulacyjnych w środowisku FlexSim lub równoważnym*, o wartości co najmniej 230 000,00 (słownie: dwieście trzydzieści tysięcy, 00/100) złotych brutto. *równoważnym zgodnie z kryteriami równoważności określonymi w rozdziale XI opisu przedmiotu zamówienia, stanowiącego załącznik nr 5 do SWZ.
