W ramach przedmiotu zamówienia Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do: 1) uruchomienia oraz integracji skrzyżowań z systemami funkcjonującymi w Centrum Sterowania Ruchem i Monitoringu Wizyjnego (Scats – program sterowania ruchem oraz M3S Polixel – program do monitoringu, w tym przypadku chodzi o połączenie z nim wszystkich kamer detekcyjnych zainstalowanych już na obu skrzyżowaniach), 2) wykonania kompleksowych działań obejmujących dostawę i montaż dwóch tablic zmiennej treści (VMS) oraz wykonanie instalacji energetycznej i światłowodowej, konfigurację i uruchomienie dostarczonych tablic łącznie z oprogramowaniem umożliwiającym synchronizację (edycję wyświetlanego tekstu) ich pracy z CSRiMW.

- Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do zabezpieczenia swojej oferty wadium w wysokości – zadanie I – 12 000,00 zł.
- Wadium wnosi się przed upływem terminu składania ofert i utrzymuje nieprzerwanie do dnia upływu terminu związania ofertą, z wyjątkiem przypadków, o których mowa w art. 98 ust. 1 pkt 2 i 3 oraz ust. 2.
- Wadium może być wnoszone w jednej lub kilku następujących formach:
- pieniądzu;
- gwarancjach bankowych;
- gwarancjach ubezpieczeniowych;

- Wadium wnoszone w formie poręczeń lub gwarancji musi być złożone jako oryginał gwarancji lub poręczenia w postaci elektronicznej i spełniać co najmniej poniższe wymagania:
- musi obejmować odpowiedzialność za wszystkie przypadki powodujące utratę wadium przez Wykonawcę określone w ustawie Pzp;
- z jej treści powinno jednoznacznej wynikać zobowiązanie gwaranta /poręczyciela do zapłaty całej kwoty wadium;
- powinno być nieodwołalne i bezwarunkowe oraz płatne na pierwsze żądanie Zamawiającego;
