The tenderer shall provide at least three verifiable references for the last three financial years. The references shall indicate that the tenderer is able to perform comparable tasks. If not all the required information is provided, the reference cannot be used to determine suitability. The BGHM should be mentioned at most once as a reference.

Note: This is only functionary data, before the transmission of personal data to the client by the controller(s) the corresponding admissibility requirements have to be created. The deadline for the submission of tenders is sufficient and appropriate. This requirement applies equally to all tenderers.

An indication of reference customers without the possibility of requesting the references from the reference providers in the procurement procedure leads to the fact that the contracting entity is not in a position to actually establish the performance.
