Framework agreement for support services CRM

Company liability insurance / professional liability insurance (with the offer; by means of third-party declaration): A company liability insurance (or a comparable standard market insurance) with coverage amounts in a standard market and sufficient for the contract must be proven. If a corresponding company liability insurance (or comparable standard market insurance) does not yet exist, it must be declared that such insurance is concluded in the event of placing an order. In the course of this, a declaration by an insurer, indicating that he is ready to take out a corresponding insurance, must be attached as an annex.

Declaration of turnover (with the offer; by self-declaration): Information on the average annual turnover and sales data on services comparable to the tendered services must be submitted for the last three closed financial years (2023 - 2025). Minimum Requirement: Revenue generated with services comparable to the advertised services - Support of SuiteCRM projects, in support, customizing and further development of the CRM system - must be at least EUR 500,000 (net) per year.

Business Registration Statement (with the offer; by means of a third-party declaration): If there is an obligation to enter in the Business Registry (or in a comparable register), a current Business Registry Statement (or comparable extract) that is not older than 3 months, counted from the deadline for submission of the procedure, must be submitted.

Company-related reference projects (with the offer; by self-declaration): Enterprise-related reference projects for services comparable to the tendered service over the last 3 years according to their nature and scope shall be provided. Company-related reference projects for services comparable to the tendered service in the last three (3) years according to their nature and scope, i.e. start of service between 01.07.2023 and 30.06.2026 inclusive, must be provided.

A reference is comparable if it demonstrates experience in support, customizing and further development of the SuiteCRM system. Minimum requirements: - At least 3 reference projects from the last 3 years, which are comparable to the tendered service, must be proven - At least two references must include the development of customer-specific modules and the integration of connected systems via REST-API.

At least one reference must demonstrate experience in the design and implementation of identity and access management requirements, in particular role-based authorization concepts (RBAC), in connection with suite CRM systems.
