Framework agreement for the procurement of Cisco components for the expansion and continued operation of the network infrastructure. The product groups and the estimated purchase quantities for the maximum total term of four years are set out in Annex 3 to the contract - Price Sheet. The exemplary product and service prices listed there, together with the service costs, serve in combination with the estimated quantities to determine the evaluation price of the tenders. Discounts for hardware, subscriptions, and services for various terms (1 year, 3 years, and 5 years) are requested for the product groups in Sheet A and for the products in Sheet B. The requirement cannot be determined conclusively and bindingly, as it depends on various factors. This information merely reflects the estimated order volume and the expected period of service provision. Therefore, actual call-offs may deviate from the projected quantities and timeframes. There is no legal entitlement to the purchase of the estimated order quantities. The contract term begins upon award of the contract, but at the earliest on 12/12/2026, and is initially 24 months (minimum contract term), unless terminated earlier. The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the contract twice by one year each (optional contract periods). The minimum contract term is automatically extended by another year unless terminated by the contracting authority three months prior to the expiration of the contract term. The same applies to the second optional extension period. In any case, the contract ends upon reaching the maximum total order limit of EUR 17,647,059.66 net; EUR 21,000,001.00 gross (incl. optional services). If the contract value is increased by a contract amendment during the contract term pursuant to Section 132 GWB, the contract shall end upon reaching this new contract value. The contractor's obligation to provide services in accordance with the contract for orders placed during the contract period remains unaffected by the end of the contract.
