The service of lot 1 is provided as a service operated by the contractor. The Contractor operates, maintains and secures the solution and provides the operational environment in accordance with Section 15.1(6). The object of the service is the provision and operation of an AI-based solution for case-based summary as a service operated by the contractor. The Contractor shall operate, maintain and secure the solution and provide the operating environment in accordance with Section 15.1(6). The solution is opened up on a case-by-case basis from an existing technical procedure and supports the user in viewing, structuring and summarizing case information. The subject of this branch is the support of the client in the establishment and operation of a management system for artificial intelligence as well as in compliance, information security, technical security testing, AI governance and data protection for the use of artificial intelligence applications. The service is provided as a consulting and support service. A service operated by the contractor is not the subject of this lot. The subject of the service is the provision and operation of a software solution in which the client and the other users manage their management systems as a service operated by the contractor. The contractor operates, maintains and secures the solution and provides the operating environment in accordance with Section 5.1, paragraph 6.
