Funding for the establishment and operation of sustainable and high-performance telecommunications network infrastructures (gigabit network) in the district of Prignitz

Extract from the Commercial Register (not older than 12 months, from the date of publication of this notice).

Written confirmation that existing own infrastructures in the project area have been notified to the Federal Central Information Office (Federal Network Agency) for inclusion in the infrastructure atlas;

Furthermore, written confirmation that the bidder has agreed via the central online portal to release the existing infrastructure data in the federal infrastructure atlas as well as the newly provided information for use in this selection procedure, as well as written confirmation of consent for the disclosure of this information about existing infrastructure to other bidders by the granting authority (cf. § 5 para.). 5 of the Framework Regulation of the Federal Republic of Germany on support for the nationwide deployment of gigabit networks in "grey areas": other bidders must receive the relevant information at a time when they will be able to include the relevant infrastructure in their bid.

Confirmation by the tax authority (not older than 12 months) that the obligations to pay taxes and duties have been duly fulfilled.

Proof of notification confirmation according to § 5 Telecommunications Act (TKG).

Self-declaration that the applicant has no exclusion grounds according to § 123 Abs. 1 and 2 and § 124 Abs. 1 Act against Restrictions of Competition (GWB). Self-declaration on Russia sanctions.

Self-declaration of the applicant’s total turnover in the last three financial years and of turnover relating to services comparable to those to be provided in this tendering procedure (establishment and operation of NGA broadband networks and telecommunication services), including the share of contracts executed jointly with other undertakings. The awarding authority reserves the right to request the confirmation of the information provided in the self-declaration by further proof.

The contracting authority shall require a minimum turnover in the last three completed financial years of a total (cumulated) of at least 10 million as a minimum contractual condition (minimum standards). EUR from services comparable to the measure here (setting up and operating NGA broadband networks and telecommunications services). In the case of consortia of applicants, this turnover can be proven as a whole, i.e. by adding the individual turnovers.

Proof of the conclusion or existence of a company liability and property damage liability insurance (not older than 12 months). The insurance must include at least the following sums of cover: for personal injury at least 3,00 million. EUR and for property/asset losses at least EUR 3,00 million (maximised twice). If the insured sums are currently lower, a declaration of commitment of the insurance must be provided that the insured sums are adjusted in the case of a supplement.

Declaration of intent - also subject to reservation - of a credit institution or credit insurer to financially accompany the advertised measure or declaration that the measure is financed by own funds.

Tabular information on the staffing of the applicant or applicant community for services comparable to the measure here (planning, deployment and operation of NGA broadband networks), in particular on the number of employees employed on average per year in the last three financial years, broken down by occupational group.

Tabular information with relevant explanations on completed reference projects in the last four completed calendar years which covered services comparable to this measure (setting up and operating NGA networks - funded or self-engineering) and indicating the connected subscribers. Only references that do not exceed four calendar years ago are recognised, including contacts and telephone numbers on the client side.

The issuing body reserves the right to request confirmation of the information provided by further proof. The contracting authority requires reference projects completed as minimum procurement conditions (minimum standards) in the last four completed calendar years, which have covered services comparable to this measure (construction completed in the four-year period and operation of NGA networks on an ongoing basis - funded projects or self-development) with a volume of at least 3,000 connected subscribers.

Tabular information with a meaningful explanation of experiences with publicly funded broadband projects of economic gap models in an EU Member State over the past four years, including contacts and telephone numbers on the client side. The issuing body reserves the right to request confirmation of the information provided by further proof.

The contracting authority shall require at least one completed reference project in the last four completed calendar years as a minimum procurement condition (minimum standards) in respect of experience with publicly funded broadband projects in economic gap models in a Member State of the European Union; Closure means that the bidder was the beneficiary of the grant and the project went into operation - a possible earmarking period for long-term operation is not important, not even a minimum number of subscribers.
