What the buyer wants
SUBJECT TO THE DYNAM CONTRACTING SYSTEM This dynamic purchasing system (DPS) targets ICT services and software for customers of Hansel Oy. The DPS target includes, inter alia, the following services:
- Software and System Solutions
- Capacity, operation and cloud services
- ICT expert services The DPS target is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its annexes, in particular in Annex 1 "Target of the Dynamic Procurement System '. During the duration of the DPS, all interested candidates may submit an application for participation. DPS shall remain valid until the date indicated in the contract notice unless it is suspended or amended in the case of the DPS.The customers of Hansel Oy will acquire the DPS among the approved candidates through internal DPS competitions, which can run throughout the DPS acquisition phase. The acquisition period for DPS shall start after the start phase on 27 October 2025 and end on the end of the period of validity of the DPS. The DPS allows contracts awarded by customers to be valid for a maximum period of 12 years.EXTENSION OF THE DYNAM CONTRACTING SYSTEM The total estimated value of the dynamic purchasing system shall not exceed EUR 11 000 000 000 (excluding VAT). ELECTRONIC TRADE Customers can use an electronic auction for individual calls.
