Implementation of a passenger information system for the modernization of public urban transport in Montana Municipality

1. A minimum of one activity carried out on the supply and commissioning of equipment and software for the management of processes related to urban public transport, including minimum supply and commissioning of a system for automatic determination of the location of vehicles (AVL), delivery and installation of on-board equipment (including validators) and applied software; and
2. Minimum one activity carried out on delivery, installation and commissioning of electronic information boards on public transport stops, as well as a passenger information system; and
3. A minimum of one activity carried out to ensure the possibility of contactless charging/validating of contactless bank cards (EMV Contactless payments) in vehicles serving general public transport, including through a specific type of card operations for urban mobility services through a model Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG)/Mass Transit Transaction (MTT), with the possibility of processing payments and/or administration/regarding revenue generated by sales/tax activities.Note: The activities carried out may be demonstrated on the basis of the same activity/system/contract, in so far as it meets cumulative requirements.The participant should declare in point (B) of Part IV of the Single European Public Procurement Document (EEDOP) these requirements by providing at least the following information: a list of the activities carried out which are identical or similar to the subject-matter and volume of the contract with an indication of the values, dates (start and end date of execution) and recipients.In the case of Art. 67, Paragraph 5 of the Law and Art. 112 of the Law shall be presented: List of activities which are identical or similar to the subject-matter and volume of the contract with an indication of the values, dates and recipients, together with documents demonstrating the activity carried out.

Each participant should hold an up-to-date certificate for an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system or equivalent with scope: deployment, integration and maintenance of intelligent transport systems, including control and management of urban mobility and management of electronic and mobile payments or equivalent. The participant shall declare in Part IV, point .
