Increasing the level of cybersecurity within the E-health project for Mazovia 3

1.The subject of the Order is to provide a comprehensive Security Operations Center (SOC) service as a service (SOC-as-a-Service) under the project "E-health for Mazovia 3".

The service includes the delivery, implementation, configuration and maintenance of the central SIEM/SOAR system together with the necessary accompanying infrastructure (e.g. vulnerability scanners, local log collectors) and continuous monitoring of the security of the client's ICT infrastructure and 26 Project Partners in continuous mode (24/7/365). 3. The detailed scope is defined in the OGM - Annex 2 to the WGM and in the draft provisions of the agreement - Annex 3 to the WGM. 4.

Term of performance of the contract: until 30 September 2030, provided that the contract in the basic part, i.e. without regard to the option right, is completed by 30 September 2029 (start date 01.01.2027 indicated in section 5.1.3 of the notice is the estimated date) 5.

The Contracting Authority shall provide for the award of a contract consisting of a repetition of similar services as referred to in Article 214(1)(7)(p) to the full extent of the subject-matter of the contract with a value of 50% of the value of the basic contract. These contracts will include the supply, installation and implementation of systems forming part of the cybersecurity platform or the provision of SOC services (24/7/365) and the Maintenance of Systems.

The above contract will be awarded after the procedure provided for in the free-hand procurement procedure. The conclusion of the agreement will be preceded by an appropriate invitation to negotiate and negotiations. The subject of negotiations in the procurement procedure carried out with a willful hand pursuant to Article 214(1)(7) of the Code will be offered by the Contractor the price and conditions for the performance of the contract.
