The minimum economic and financial capacity of the tenderer is as follows: the tenderer must indicate total turnover for the last three financial years. Turnover must be at least DKK 4,000,000 per year for all 3 years. As evidence of compliance with minimum economic and financial standing, DR may request the auditors' certified financial statements for the year (s) concerned.

The following minimum requirements for the technical and professional capacity of the tenderer are laid down: DR requests proof of the most relevant deliveries to comparable business reference customers within the contract territory. The tenderer shall provide at least 3 references and a maximum of 5, carried out within the last 3 years, all of which demonstrate that the tenderer has experience in handling a network of equivalent size and cutting surfaces. The tenderer shall indicate in the ESPD:

2. Description of the content of the task
3. 4. Contact person with name (as well as email and / or telephone number if applicable). Where offers are made by a consortium, at least 3 and a maximum of 5 relevant references on the tasks of the entire consortium shall be provided. Thus, each firm in the consortium does not necessarily have to provide a reference, provided that a total of at least 3 and a maximum of 5 relevant references are provided by the consortium.DR will assess the suitability of tenderers on the basis of the attached references and the above information is essential to assess whether the tenderer meets the eligibility requirement. The description of the references constitutes evidence and will therefore not be obtained further. However, DR reserves the right to contact the specified references for the verification of information.Tenderers who do not comply with the minimum requirements set out in the contract notice and the ESPD will be considered unconditionally and rejected without further evaluation.
