2.1 Self-declaration of the company and presentation of the company - spectrum of services and core business - and the company organization (headquarters, branches, structure, hierarchical structure) using the form E I and beyond informally. *B *E 2.2 Proof (insurance confirmation) of an existing company liability insurance with a minimum amount of cover for property, personal and financial damage in the amount of 1,000,000 euros per loss event and a total of at least 2,000,000 euros for the contract and year (framework scrutiny and/or individual orders). If the current coverage amounts are lower than the aforementioned amounts, a self-declaration (formlessly) about the increase to the required coverage amounts in the case of a surcharge must be submitted with the offer. *B 2.3 Total net sales of the company per year of the last three financial years completed using Form E I. 3.3 Presentation of a company-related quality management system with regard to structures, processes and processes (formlessly) or proof (submission of the certificate in electronic copy) of a quality management system established at the company. Minimum requirement: Sufficiently described company-related quality management system or proven valid certification (e.g. ISO 9000 ff.). Minimum requirement: Sufficiently described company environmental management measures or proven valid certification (e.g. EMAS Regulation (EC) No 1221/2009); EN ISO 14001. Sufficiently described in this context means: Presentation of the company’s measures for the planning, implementation, control and continuous improvement of company-related environmental management measures as well as, where applicable, the company’s environmental goals and environmental guidelines. *B *E 3.5 Number of employees in the annual average in the last 3 completed financial years in the business area - Procurement, installation, service and maintenance of active network components of the manufacturer Extreme Networks - using Form E I at least 15 employees in the annual average of the last three financial years. *B*E

3.6 Provide at least 3 company references to the service of an MSN or MAN, equivalent to the tendered contract subject (at least 3 nodes per hierarchy level) using the E IV form. As an alternative to an MSN or MAN, references to ICT networks with comparable architecture and topology can be listed, such as larger campus networks or corporate networks with multiple locations and buildings. The service provision/completion of the service provision in the reference must not be older than 3 years from the date of submission of the offer. The following information on the reference projects is required: - detailed description of the reference, which indicates the type and size of the network and the service provided, - indication of the scope of the reference or the duration of the service and maintenance contract, - description of the technical and organizational environment, - indication of the customer of the reference* / recipient of the service*, - designation of a contact person for the company reference with telephone number and e-mail address, who can competently provide information about the company reference. at least 3 company references equivalent to the advertised subject of the contract, whose performance is not older than 3 years (calculated from submission of the offer) is information on the comparability of the order of magnitude:- at least 3 nodes per hierarchical level. *L *S 3.7 Proof of the qualifications, competences and experience of the intended employees (MA) for the following roles: a consultant; min. 2 MA b) System engineer; min. 3 MA c) Service technician; min. 4 MA d) Installer; min. 2 MA Up to a maximum of 5 profiles per role may be submitted. Appropriate one(s) Employee* can be named in several roles. With regard to the minimum number of suitable employees per role, a multiple count of one employee is excluded! The required requirements for the roles are set out in the specification of performance (cf. LB Kap.). 10.1 to 10.4 ). Minimum requirements: a) Consultant: Professional with at least 5 years of professional experience in the LAN/MAN/WAN area. b Systems Engineer: Professional trained on the components of the manufacturer Extreme Networks with appropriate manufacturer certification. c Service technician: Professional trained on the components of the advertised manufacturer. d) Installer: Trained professional in an IT/telecommunications/electrical installation profession with a recognised degree. *L*S
