O udzielenie zamówienia mogą ubiegać się wykonawcy, którzy na potwierdzenie zdolności zawodowej, w zakresie doświadczenia – wykażą, że w okresie ostatnich trzech lat przed upływem terminu składania ofert, a jeżeli okres prowadzenia działalności jest krótszy - w tym okresie, wykonali należycie co najmniej 1 (jedną) dostawę polegającą na dzierżawie urządzeń drukujących lub wielofunkcyjnych o wartości minimum 400 000,00 zł brutto.
W przypadku, gdy przedmiotem wykazanego zamówienia są świadczenia okresowe lub ciągłe, dopuszcza się wykazanie dostawy wykonanej (zakończonej), lub wykonywanej. W przypadku wykazania dostawy wykonywanej - faktycznie wykonana część dostawy musi wypełniać wymogi określone przez zamawiającego.
W przypadku podania w dokumentach złożonych na potwierdzenie spełniania warunków udziału w postępowaniu kwot w walutach obcych, Zamawiający do przeliczenia na PLN przyjmie średni kurs Narodowego Banku Polskiego (NBP) z dnia opublikowania ogłoszenia o zamówieniu. Jeżeli w dniu opublikowania ogłoszenia o zamówieniu NBP nie opublikuje informacji o średnim kursie walut, należy dokonać odpowiednich przeliczeń wg średniego kursu z pierwszego, kolejnego dnia, w którym NBP opublikuje ww. informacje).
