Tuomi Logistics Oy is bidding for SAP S / 4HANA business management system licensing, support service, maintenance and development. A single supplier is selected for the whole as it simplifies management and reduces interfaces and costs. The combination of licences and maintenance also facilitates the optimisation of licences. Tuomi seeks cost-effective and high quality support, maintenance and development services and long-term partnership with the selected supplier.
During the contract period, the aim is to ensure effective cooperation and a broad understanding of Tuomen's business. The competition will be conducted through a negotiated procedure, the timetable for which is described below.
Participation phase: October - November 2026 Negotiating phase: December 2026-January 2027 Tender phase: February - March 2027 Agreement and implementation: April 2027 The material attached to this invitation to participate will be preliminary and will be negotiated as part of the negotiation process and supplemented with additional material.
However, the supplier must take into account that the final agreement will be concluded in accordance with the model of the Contracting Party attached, taking into account the clarifications made following the negotiations. As part of the request to participate, the supplier shall submit a preliminary tender containing the following documents:
- Standard service description and service level conditions for the supplier's service
- RACI matrix from BPO or equivalent licensing or service income model
- The supplier's pricing model and the preliminary non-binding price estimate. The price estimate is based on the material and descriptions provided by the subscriber and the supplier's own standard service and delivery model.
