To criterion Price (K1) The Contracting Authority shall take into account the total gross price indicated by the Contractor in the tender form. The price shall be awarded according to the formula: K1 = Cmin/Cb x 71 where: K1 – the number of points the tender will receive, Cmin – the lowest total gross price for the performance of the contract, Cb – the total gross price of the tender tested.
- Experience of Personnel (26%)
In the Experience of Personnel (K2) criterion, the experience of the Staff addressed to the performance of the contract, indicated in the list of persons submitted with the offer, will be evaluated beyond the experience indicated to meet the conditions for participation in the procedure. A scoring in the criteria will be granted on the basis of the list of persons submitted (Annex 6 to the SWZ). Failure to establish a list of persons or to complete it in such a way as to prevent the Contracting Authority from carrying out an assessment will result in a 0 point award
- Personnel Compatibility Index (3%)
In the criterion Staff Assembly Index (K3), points are awarded in the case of a project in which the staff members gained experience. The scoring in the criterion will be awarded on the basis of a declaration from the Contractor submitted in the list of persons (Annex 6 to the SWZ). Failure to submit a list of persons or to complete it in such a way as to prevent the Contracting Authority from carrying out an assessment will result in a 0 point award.
