Maintenance, repair and service support for the conference and media facilities in the German Bundestag properties

- Provide three appropriate references of services provided in the last three years (from the date of this announcement) (point 3.6 of the offer form). The references must be suitable for the purpose of the service (maintenance and service support services for conference and media equipment in more than five conference rooms). They can be checked based on the contact details. If the references are provided by the prequalification information, the appropriate references shall be specified here. At least one reference contract must be assigned to the public sector and at least one other to the private sector. The information shall be provided together with the tender.

- self-declaration of the average annual number of employees employed by the bidder in the last three years, broken down by occupational group (point 3.7 of the tender form). The company must have employed an average of at least 2 project manager/engineer, 10 skilled workers and 2 AV programmers. The information shall be provided together with the tender.

- self-declaration on the turnover of the last three closed financial years, insofar as it concerns the field of activity of the services offered (maintenance and service support services for conference and media equipment). The corresponding annual turnover must each have amounted to at least 500,000.00 euros. If this minimum requirement is not met, the offer will not be considered (point 3.5 of the offer form).
