What the buyer wants
The Land of Hessen operates server and storage systems of the manufacturers Dell, EMC2, Fujitsu, HP, IBM, Netapp and Oracle to provide its services. To a limited extent, switches from the manufacturers Alcatel, Cisco, HP, EMC and Brocade (<1%) are also supported in finished solutions. After expiry of the manufacturer's maintenance for the above-mentioned components, these systems are generally still used. The aim of the tender is to conclude a maintenance contract for server and storage systems and switches outside of manufacturer support. Das Land Hessen betreibt zur Erbringung seiner Dienstleistungen Server- und Storagesysteme der Hersteller Dell, EMC2, Fujitsu, HP, IBM, Netapp und Oracle. In ge-ringem Umfang werden zusätzlich Switches der Hersteller Alcatel, Cisco, HP, EMC und Brocade (<1%) in Fertiglösungen mit betreut. Nach Ablauf der Herstellerwartung für die o.g. Komponenten werden diese Systeme i.d.R. weitergenutzt. Ziel der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Wartungsvertrages von Server- und Storagesystemen sowie Switchen außerhalb des Herstellersupports. From a technical and professional point of view, tenderers are required to demonstrate their capacity by presenting at least 2 appropriate references from the last three years (deadline date "expiration of the tender deadline"), which correspond in nature and scope to the requirements listed below. •Type: Maintenance services in the area of servers and/or storage •Extent: order volume of at least € 50,000.00 (net) per contract year (file "references" on the allocation platform). Finally, the name of the declarant shall be indicated in the reference template.
For proof of economic and financial capacity, the presentation of the declaration "turnover" (file "Declaration turnover") is required. It shall include the company’s total turnover for the last three financial years and the company’s total turnover for server/storage component maintenance for the last three financial years. A minimum annual turnover of € 300,000.00 net and a minimum annual turnover in the area of maintenance services for server / storage components of € 150,000.00 net are required.
In the case of a qualifying loan according to § 47 VgV, this proof must also be submitted by the qualifying company. In the case of groupings of tenderers, only the written commitment or proof of a member is mandatory. In this self-declaration, the person of the declarant must finally be named.
