What the buyer wants
The public radio (Yle) requests offers for the acquisition of management and expert services for the overall media management reform. Yle seeks a partner to help and support overall media management reform at company level. The partner is primarily required to have an experienced and professional programme manager who takes responsibility for promoting the development programme. In addition, Yle needs experienced experts for architectural and service design roles.
For other roles, needs will be specified as the development programme is developed. The overall reform of media management is a long-term project consisting of several independent but interdependent subsets. The programme manager shall be responsible for creating the conditions for the integrated management of the overall reform and the related decision-making. The Programme Manager shall coordinate the sub-modules of the Programme, ensuring their effective progress and success in line with the objectives of Yle.
The programme manager controls change consistently across unit, system and role boundaries. The acquisition establishes a framework arrangement for one supplier. The estimated total value of the acquisition for four years without VAT is EUR 3 000 000.
